Passive fire protection
Callidus Health and Safety has worked on several healthcare projects to conduct comprehensive reviews of fire management arrangements on site. Callidus will:
- Ensure health trusts, and other large public bodies, are compliant with both the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and HTM 05 and 03 series as applicable.
- Ensure fire and smoke dampers are managed effectively and you are maintaining the integrity of fire stopping.

Health and safety competent person
Callidus offers an annual retainer service where we act as your ‘competent person’, in order to comply with law.
- Callidus will act as your Health and Safety Competent Person under Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
- Callidus will give expert advice and assistance throughout the year.
- Annual retainer options are tailored to suit each client’s individual needs.
