Callidus is a multi-discipline consultancy, specialising in Health and Safety, Project Management, Asset and Property Management and Health and Safety Training, and we pride ourselves on working collaboratively with clients to deliver expert solutions and achieving excellence with measurable goals and value.
We recently appointed a new Managing Director, Steve Allcoat, who is leading a newly structured senior leadership team. Steve joins Callidus with over 15 years’ experience in strategic programme management, holding senior positions across many large organisations. Steve is recognised for his expertise in developing leading teams, strategic business planning, project management and capital expenditure planning.
Our newly refreshed brand clearly reflects our ambition and goals for the future, as well as, portraying our professional approach.
Focussing on the four core services that we offer, the new look website has been designed to be intuitive, clean, and informative. We are also proud to announce that we have updated our mission, vision and values which will underpin our strategy as we develop as a business.

During the recent pandemic, we have developed a return to work toolkit, helping our clients to ensure a safe return to operations for customers, staff, and partners alike. The team have also been working with clients, such as, a leading sportswear provider on their post COVID-19 return to work strategy.
Callidus worked with Communications Consultancy, The Comms Loop, Web Design, Development and Analysis Company, Synechis and Design Agency Creative Quirks to launch the new website and brand.
