We are working with various clients on planning for return to work post-lockdown, and it’s raised a couple of issues for consideration.
One of our clients – a global retailer – is currently dealing with regional markets reopening all over the world. This presents a challenge in terms of ensuring they have a consistent approach to reopening their stores; and that they have confidence that each location goes through the same thought process prior to trading again.
After discussing this with them, we developed a Return to Work Toolkit that provided them with a suite of documents to assist stores across the globe in reopening in a systematic manner, that covered all the key risk elements of opening the doors to the public again.
Areas covered included:
- Property and Asset Inspection checklist
- Access Control and signage guide
- Control of Contractors
- Interface with other stores/tenants
- Cleaning and Hygiene guidance
We have now developed this offering to assist clients in the Healthcare and Education sectors; and can adapt it for other sectors as required.
