Environmental management and awareness are an integral part of our strategy and we have fully developed policies and frameworks in place to help us manage this effectively on any assignment.
We will always work in collaboration with our client and any stakeholders to ensure early engagement and active measurement of activity. We will jointly develop KPI’s, with quantifiable targets, in line with our and our client’s aspirations.
By looking at wider issues such, as education and skills, we can build a business that will develop the future workforce and lessen the skills gap. Our aim is to support education, particularly in the development of graduates, traineeships, and apprenticeships.
Our team is committed to helping the community with each staff member allocated one day to support community projects. They take great pride in their efforts to fundraise for charitable causes, having raised over £30,000 in recent years through a variety of events, such as marathons, cycle rides, sponsorships, and charity balls.
